Who should come?

Is it for me?

The event is open to everyone who wants to build a more inclusive cycling world and be inspired by the stories of incredible women. We welcome all women (cis and trans), non-binary folk and men. We are focussing on creating a safe, inclusive space where all attendees feel comfortable to share ideas and engage in open discussion.

All attendees, staff, speakers and partners will be expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct.

But I’m a man… will I be welcome?

Yes absolutely: we welcome all allies who are comfortable in a place that centres around women’s experiences in cycling and who acknowledge the systemic barriers women, trans and non-binary folk face in the cycling and outdoor industries, and want to learn more about how they can help.

In fact, we want more men to come along to be part of these really important conversations.

An example of this is childcare, a huge barrier to entry for many women wanting to participate in cycling and community events. If you are a man and would be keen to attend the event, perhaps consider whether you could offer childcare to a mum who is equally keen, but otherwise couldn’t attend.
